Anyone for Golf?
Community Caregivers is having a miniature golf tournament at Paradise Falls in Moultonboro on Saturday, September 10th at 1:00pm. This is a fundraising event for Caregivers. They are looking for a team of 6 people, youngsters or adults to play in the tournament. The team is already sponsored so there is no fee involved. If you would like to join the team for a fun experience, contact Nancy Leighley (253-9327) as soon as possible.

UKAMA Letters
We have received a package of letters from our sister church in Mount Selinda. Check for a letter addressed to you. If you haven’t written a letter, take one of the letters without a name and write back to one of our Christian sisters and brothers. Missions board is planning two letter-writing “parties” after worship September 18 and 25. We would like to have a package of letters (with your pictures) ready to mail in early
October. Our brothers and sisters in Mount Selinda are eager to hear from us.

Annual

Church Picnic

Sunday, September 11, 2011
12 Noon

At the Perkins’ “Peninsula of Paradise”

on Lake Waukewan

We invite all members, friends, and your families and guests to come to the picnic.

Directions

From downtown Center Harbor: Take Route 25B to the end. Take a left onto Route 3 South.

From downtown Meredith: Take Route 3 North...

...On the west side of Route 3, on the inside of a sharp corner, turn onto Waukewan Road for about 2 miles—past the golf course and down a hill. The Perkins’ barn will be on your left, with a lovely view overlooking the lake in the distance. (The barn has a sign: “Maplewood Farms” and you will see the Perkins’ gray house on the right.) A “camp road” is found next to the barn, running down toward the lake. Take this road until you see the other parked cars.
