The Village Preschool
Located at the Center Harbor Congregational Church, The Village Preschool is a
developmentally appropriate program offering children ages 3-5 the opportunity
to learn and grow in a safe and nurturing environment.
There is an emphasis on early literacy and social skills. Opportunities for
cognitive, gross and fine motor skills, and an exploration of the arts (visual,
musical, theater, and dance) are provided daily.
Developmentally Appropriate
Through play children
will learn basic literacy skills, social awareness, and creative problem
solving. Children will acquire cognitive and social skills that are
pre-requisites for success in school and beyond. An individualized approach will
help each child reach their potential in all areas of development. Integrated
opportunities to explore music, art, movement, science, math, language, social,
and constructive learning will be provided.
